That's what I don't get, they are hurting their own club when they act like that.
It can have a bigger impact than that. After my experience with the Fresno club, it was two years before I even visited another club. That kind of experience leaves a bad taste.
If AMA was awash in new members, the organization can tolerate that sort of behavior. But when you're losing members, it's intolerable.
