The benefits to painting the inside of a jet has been very apparent to us beyond the simple esthetics. We have had fuel and smoke oil spill inside fuselages and with the painted interior using our normal Rustoleum Gloss grey which is now a standard for us at the shop, we save the fuselage from fuel impregnating into the fiberglass or airex. Some 409 and a microfiber towel and it is perfectly clean.
Do you do the speckle stuff too, or just the gloss gray?
