George, you could build the wings using the new modified design that uses a spar connector that runs from the center of the center section out to the 4th rib in each wing panel. You would need to make the 8 spar connectors from 6061 T6 aluminum. You would need to source 4, C shaped aluminum extrusions that would be at least 1 1/2” long and glass them inside the center section of each wing to accept the spar connectors. Drill and tap the extrusions to capture and hold the wing panels in place. Use 4-40 socket head screws for this. It can easily be done and with the new design for the wings you get lighter and stronger along with an exact scale outline.
