I had both the kit and the ARF. I wasn't real pleased with the ARF. The covering peeled off on the second flight, and the sheeting is real thin. Also, watch the aileron throws and CG or else this plane will be a handful.
Do a search for the Tiger ARF here on RCU. A couple of us last year had a long thread about making adjustments and balancing this kit.
