If I could just ask this questions and sorry if it has been asked... What is the reason for the move and such strong objections to staying on the old format. Being a software and IT guy, I can understand needing to move to something different do to maintenance or something along those lines, but when you are having such an overwhelming negative response, just thought I would ask.
