You still haven't said how you paid. If it was paypal, get them involved. The seller should pay return shipping for a damaged item. Don't let them push you around. You don't want them to repair the tank, you want a brand new replacement, and they pay shipping on the returned tank. Stand firm. And if you paid by credit card, call them. They'll have one of their people call the vendor and light a fire.
