So I got this new X4 charger, and its great, except it does a weird thing. Channels A and C are linked, and B and D are linked. Given that, all four channels have power limits, which is fine, because, in my case anyway, I doubt I will ever approach those power limits. However, If I'm charging on both channels of a linked pair, if I stop one charging, the linked channel stops as well, whether or not the battery is done charging. Same thing if I have one charging and I start a charge on the other linked channel, the one charging will stop. This doesn't seem right.

Anyone else have this happen with this charger? I just got this thing about a month or two ago. It has never been dropped, never gotten wet, plugged into a surge protector, lives in the factory box when not in use, etc. In fact, it still has that fresh out of the box smell.

I contacted Hitec, and of course their solution was to send it in so they could check it out. I'm fine with that, but I'd rather not if it's only a setting I have to change, especially since we're getting some good weather finally to fly!

Any ideas?
