If you guys want a Corsair wheel that is both very scale and light then I may be able to help out. I have several customers for whom I have designed 3d printed wheel hubs, Corsair and Skyraider thus far. They are 3d printed from nylon and have proven to be very durable while in use on 35-40 pound Ziroli designs. The Corsair wheels are designed to fit the 5" diameter tires available from Robart. They are not cheap, the price is probably very similar to that of a nice set of machined aluminum wheels. However, they are more scale than anything else currently on the market and they are lighter which is a nice bonus on an airplane where the gear is retracting aft. Food for thought anyway. These would be suitable for Hellcats as well.
