Build it stock but build it light. Dont throw on a ton of glue, use the lightest wheels you can find, dont put in a pilot figure, maybe run a mini or micro servo on the throttle, use a smaller batterypack or maybe even a Li-ion or Li-poly pack, make your own tail wheel asmb. and dont add any useless weight and you should come out alright. If you keep it 5lbs or under the .46 will pull it just fine. I have the model sport video right here beside me with the Laser3D and a .46 O.S. on a tower tuned pipe doing a really good job of pulling the airplane around.
