Where do you get that from? There are all kinds of parallel/series packs out there permanently wired into a single pack. Laptops for instance. Batteries in series to get the required voltage then sticks of these batteries in parallel to get the required capacity. Electric vehicles are a prime example. Don't see anyone separating these.
