What type of paint to use over Coverite 21st paint
I have to repaint a cowl in which I originally used Coverite 21st century paint . ( white and light red) to match the fabric. Since this is no longer available what kind of paint can I use?
I tried a cheap gloss white from Walmart's colorspace , it does not work . even after I apply their grey base coat. I get wrinkles in some spots. I am at a loss what type of paint to use that does not have this reaction.
