Or be allowed to retail them along with Horizon would be just as good without the need to purchase the rights. You could even go with a cut on demand/order business model and just stock the oddball plastic parts. Both companies stock the bit and pieces needed to complete the kits so that isn't a problem. Use generic boxes and just label them according to contents. Likewise the plans can be printed from electronic copies only when needed. No huge back stock of kits needed. It would allow for adding some discontinued kits back in the line with minimum investment.
