Termites...Noooo!
I'm really feeling the dread for you just hearing about your termite discovery. Hope you are able to remove all the affected wood and get all the new stuff treated before reinstalling. Speaking of the little white buggers...part of the O/T money is going to have the attic space of the entire house treated. Its supposed to protect any exposed wood in the attic from the flying termites that may come in from the air spaces rather than the ground. Only problem is I have to remove all the stored stuff I have up there before they can spray. At least the attic is cool in the early morning hours. lol
