Apologies in advance for this post as it is only tangentially related to armor.

Does anyone here have experience with ALPS printers and their ability to print decals?
My understanding is that essentially no color including white is beyond them however I'd
also read that the original manufacturer ceased production in 2010 and now they're in the hands
of third party suppliers? The printers are still fairly available, not inexpensive, but not sure inks are or for how long.

Thoughts?
