All the way up front. It helps balance as the model tends to be a bit tail heavy, even with 4 Lipo's in front I had to add a few 100 grams lead in the nose. I take into account that the UAT will always be full during flight, You never fly using UAT fuel....
But with reasonable power use, a Wren 160, and not a full tank I guess one can fly like 12 mins. My timer rings at 8 minutes and then I make two or three touch and goes, There is mostly 1/4 or 1/3 left. I could do with a 4 litre tank, this one hold 5.5 litres.
