With this one being a plain white kit it has presented a few extra challenges but I'm getting there. I don't have a cockpit or ordinance. Would like to have at least the inside pylons and wing tanks. If anyone knows of a used set of "stuff" and a cockpit please let me know. SM wants a fortune for new. If I cant find a cockpit I will make a stand off...way off cockpit and fly it slick. This is planned as an everyday flyer from grass. I haven't had any performance problems from flying on our grass field in the summer heat. Next test flight is planned for tomorrow. I really like the way my doors turned out now....just hope they work better. If all problems are resolved this week I will start getting it ready for paint. My old sqn 62 TFS and try to get it ready for SJS. If not I may just fly it there raw. If it performs well no one will notice it wasn't painted.
BTW I like challenges...winter project is a Avonds Fouga. Large box of sticks with very few instructions.
