The wheels spin freely inside the wheel wells. I can spin them freely. Nothing is touching the sides or top of the wheel wells. Dave, if I take the gear out of the wing and use a small flat screwdriver and apply very light pressure to the brass piece that rides in the "w" slot in the retracts. It's like they retract to the full 90 degrees and just lock.
