I thought that would have been obvious so didn't mention it. Glad you figured it out! Anyway, depending on the setup, I've used short segments of heat shrink over the strut, or electrical tape, or a thin band of duct tape, or wax cord, which is used in place of zip ties on electrical wire looms.
