is the prop on the correct way? Is the motor turning the correct way? And yes you’re down 2 volts to start with. 11.1 when fully charged is more than 11.1volts I don’t think I’d try it.
Batteries don’t come charged when you buy them. Either upgrade or get a 9.6 V battery charge it and see what happens
is the CG Correct? Changing size and type of battery will have a huge effect on your CG.
