find an architectural design firm. they are accustomed to copying large prints. I had a few boat plans copied and enlarged for the few dollars that the vellum cost in the past. most of them have a copier that can handle 5 or 6 ft. wide sheets. if I may ask,....what did Kinkos want to make copies ? IRC, a few years ago, I had a 1/2A F1 Rivets plan (Sump'n Else) that I printed off the internet expanded to 56" wingspan at a Kinkos near me, for around 18 bucks.
