Yea, thanks for the confirmation. I put a scope on the GSU-ECU signal lead and the signal was 2.5V, obviously not directly connected to the RX voltage, so I rigged up a harness so I could power the GSU with a separate 6V battery.

That solved all of the problems. Looking forward to flying the TopRCModel Cougar with the K85 at SJS!
