Default Converted GMS .47 tach reading.

Hi everyone
First off I must say the diesel head looks very nice.excellent machine work.
Some of you might be interested in hearing how the converted engine runs so here it is.(converted by Andrew Coholic)
I called a club member(Ken) who has diesel experience last night to help me get it setup and tached.
We did plan on running different props but due to that it was almost midnight only tached one (I will tach the others at a later date)
Shop conditions :Temp 18c-64.4f @ 3000ft above sea level.
Fuel: 40% Kero----35% Ether----25%Castor----2% MEKP
Starting and running: the engine started very good, slight adjustments only were needed.
Prop: Master Air Screw (K Series) 12x8 =8600 rpm
I will test some more props over the next week or 2 and post the data.
Will test MAS 11x7.5
APC 11x8
APC 11x9 and will try a few finer pitched 12" props (12x4 --12x5?)
Again Many Thanks go to Andrew Coholic for all the help and time and to Ken for helping when normal people are at home
Have a great day Wade James
