Nathan is a good guy, I've dealt with him for years. Unfortunately the custom tank builders are dwindling down and I know for sure he has a lot of work (I send plenty of people his way for custom stuff). I am in no way defending his lack of communication but I will say he is a trustworthy guy. Life happens, but I'm glad he has contacted you and is getting stuff sorted.
