Gary just booked one of these in for a full repaint,paint is all original.He spent six grand on the engine and it's polished like a jewel will post a pic in a few days,they never looked this good straight out of the factory.

That's my boo boo jim the 450 looks the same.The only difference i can see from my own fa30 to the sc pictured is the carb and intake tube plus the area around the prop drive.
Dave do you have any more info on the fa30sc,did will robison talk about the engine elsewhere here?
Gary ducati mixed up their yellows and oranges at will back then eg the silver 70's 750 and 900 round case desmo v twins had a turquiose green frame.That paint was used because ducati had heaps left over from painting the outboard engines.
