Toxic? Not sure about that. So lets stick to the facts...

Sweet Crude oil has higher sulfur content than Sour Crude oil. Prior to 2010 we relied heavy on foreign crude oil (aka Sweet crude) to refine products in the United States. Basically it was a cocktail of 80% (sweet foreign) crude oil and 20% (sour) domestic. Things have significantly turned around since then. But at the end of the day, sulfur will continue to be a by product and will continue to be necessary to make gasoline, jet and diesel.

Honestly, I have never heard of this premium Kero. Jet fuel is Kerosene with additional additives. So ya learn something new every day!
