Sounds like you are trying to take off to soon( the elevator is working, but the wings arent flying yet} practice high speed taxiing, and on your take off run get more airspeed before rotating. if you have a trike gear, set it so that the wing is at a
small NEGATIVE incidence, so that you can go as fast as you need on the ground, and the model wont rotate until you put some up elevator. Good luck.
