The dual wind motors have parallel sets of motor "turns" for each phase of the motor. For example if you have a 5 turn motor and 20 strands per turn, you just split the 20 strands into 10 strands and add a second pair of connections in parallel. So if you connected adjacent wires on this motor it's like connecting all 20 strands back together and you have 6 connections like the normal 30 series motors.

You don't need two controllers for this motor. You can easily solder or connect the pairs of six wires together and then decide if you want to connect the six leads as a Delta or Wye. I would advise anyone considering to use this motor to connect it in Wye for a KV around 600 and run 10 cells or more with a 250A-400A controller. A MGM 25063 or 40063 would pair nicely with the motor.

Don't be scared by the extra connections. I can always connect the wires in any configuration once purchased if the buyer requests this.
