Watched another youtube video where they did the exact same thing as you in the slicer, so I don't think the pronlem is between the chair and the keyboard...

this video - specifies removing the USB stick before printing (about 2:39 in). Thats about the only difference in process I could find. If that little trick doesn't work then I suspect something is not right with the printer... Have you been able to repeat the test print?
