well I checked my 82, and both Rockers are adjusted very much the same, so I thought I would start a list of what could be wrong with it,
please add to the list if you wish, I will update it
A) different Cam
B) worn Cam
C) short or broken Push Rod
D) bent Push Rod
E) wrong Rocker Arm
F) worn or bent Rocker Arm
G) highly warn Rocker Pin
H) short Tappet
I) Bent Cam Gear Shaft
J) short Valve
K) wrong Cam Cover
L) bent Cam Cover
M) worn Rocker Pin Hole
N) worn Rocker Pin
O) some sort of Miss Alignment
