I'm not sure there will be much left of the turbine after the test flight, I'd say the 70mm Avanti is too small for any turbine! I fly one with 3900 6s and its a great set up, Its too heavily loaded with a 5000 6s Li-Po

The Mini Xcalibur will be nicely powered with the T-35, just keep it light throughout. These mini turbine models don't accept anything that is not absolutely necessary.
Mini Hitec's don't centre, Futaba would be OK, but KST or MKS types around 3kg torque are what ours use. Powerbox Digi Switch with a 1600 2s Rx Li-Po
