they have but at best they're semi kits which need an experienced builder who can scratch build the detail parts and tackle the mechanical side competently. They're also very expensive (which is to be expected given the cottage industry nature), where as these look to be more of a complete kit at a lower price with everything included, we shall see if it comes to fruition (I hope it does!).
