new dimension of rubber buffers available

We made a special version of rubber buffers with 10x8mm and 55 Shore. Sometimes the 10x10 rubber buffers are a little bit too long, so that the shaft of the motor is very short to fasten the (thicker) prop hub. This rubber buffer gives additional 2mm.
