No they are not included in the kit. My first Waco ended up tail heavy even with the Moki 250 up front. The bearings and associated hardware for the rudder and elevator are rather weighty so I'm swapping them out for weight saving. These rod ends are 3mm alloy and I will turn up some 3mm threaded inserts and glue them into the rudder post, the rod ends will then be adjustable as far as depth is concerned. I purchased the rod ends on line, just do a Google search= alloy rod ends.
