I found the instructions. I was doing the bind procedure correctly. I tried it again and held it for 30 seconds. No luck. And yes the rx lights are flashing. I tired the same 2.4gig module in two different tx with two different rx. No luck. I will try again and stand further away. Its looking like my conversion module is not working.
