That's interesting. I haven't seen that one yet in the Puget Sound basin. What I do see is people running right down the white line to prevent people from driving up next to them so you won't see them either talking on the phone or texting, both of which are illegal while driving in Washington State. I did get a laugh over it a while back. Had someone texting at a red light(also illegal) and, since they weren't paying attention, sat though most of a green light. Directly behind that car was a loaded dump truck, driven by a not too happy trucker. After watching four or five cars go by him, he hit the air horn. The now startled car driver reacted so strongly that he broke his door's window and sent the phone flying across the street, only to be run over by another car. The car driver then hit the gas and shot through the intersection, tires spinning the whole way. Guess that's one the insurance won't cover. For those wondering how I was able to watch this, I was in the left turn lane, one car back of the texting driver
