Av Gas will have no impact on the build up of carbon. I assume you are considering running 100LL avgas there are many kinds but that is the most prevalent type of fuel.
Lower octane would be better 80/87 ava gas. Higher octane fuel burns faster. Stay with regular pump gas if you can find it with out any Alcohol that is better you can search the internet for availability near you.
