The recommended one I'm flying with is 130 mm from the lower wing leading edge.
Elevator throw
If elevator servo linkage installed as per this BJ pic, Futaba servo 9170SV, ATV 100 %, AFR 75 %, expo 15 to 25 % is a good starting point.
