Baffle?
Hi guys,
I also have a FG-90R3 and am running it in for the moment.
I am turning a 24x12 wooden prop and have 6000rpm on the ground.
Temperatures on the cylinders are about 170°F
For the moment I ran about 1 Gallon of fuel 1:20
The motor still is running little rich and picks up very smooth, it runs very good at idle and at max. rpm but ad mid range it struggles a bit.
Next job will be readjusting the valves and checking the opening on the spark plug.
I also understand this motor needs to be baffled.
But when using a fan, is baffling still recomanded?
