I searched around but cannot find anything on this error message

Warning: Controls layout has changed

I changed a couple of switches out when I first got my DS-24 (Fall 2018) and have flown with it at least a dozen times on numerous jets. I only get this message on one of my five jets. Up until today I would just OK through it and everything seemed to work fine. Today, I OK'd through it but the retract signal would not work, i.e. I could not retract the gear (I always test on the ground before first flight of the day), after some tinkering (turning the radio on/off etc.) I was able to get it to work. Now, I'm nervous there is something not right and afraid to fly the jet.

Anyone have any ideas?
