Gary,
I just got the log!

Can you check what the tanksize is set to in the engine ECU ? Also let me know what you have it set to in the CTU (I assume 6.8 liters)
Check if the ECU is set to 3.8 liters, and if so, you need to turn it up to the max it can be set to, and then re-test
