The Fouga is the opposite of dynamic and fast. I would call it graceful and comfortable when flown medium/slow. Take a look at the video from my maiden flight a few years ago:

It flew so smooth I removed the gyro without ever trying it. In the video I was WAY fast on landing approach simply because it was my first flight. I later learned I could fly it much slower on final. Lots of lift with it's long wings and 4 flap sections.

BTW, this is the RC Jet Center Fouga with a KingTech 100. Not sure how well it would take off from grass unless it was really short and smooth.
