I called out the "popcorn" comment because that word is universal "forum speak" for "I like to watch you fight" . It's an inflammatory word akin to words like "Moonbat" or "Tin foil hat" , it's not said to elicit a positive response . Now , in this case the man said he did not mean it that way , that he meant it to be "It's really dead around here lately" and he's right , it has been really dead around here lately and my hope is that more people are flying RC planes rather than computer keyboards , being that it's Summer . So I gave him the benefit of the doubt , apologized for blasting him about the popcorn , and so we move on
