After a 7 month long issue with 3 DLE 20's sent to me by Tower, I finally demanded a refund. They tried to make good on it but to no avail. Hand flip, starter, it doesn't matter when the engine has NO compression, new from the box. They offered a refund and I accepted. I bought a VVRC 20, installed it, and it was running in 4 flips.
