Frank, I used fishing leader wire with crimping to hold the wire in a loop at each end. In that looped end are 2-56 or 4-40 metal clevises and the bolt has an eye 👁 at the one end. The wire through there for the hoop. May I also suggest hanging 5-10# weight with the wire for about a week to stretch it first. Tighten up at each end clevis. Great Planes or DuBro also have a turn buckle made for this application.
