A retired friend of mine built go kart racing engines for a living, he is also an RC'er. When i first started flying with gasoline engines he told me that if i used Red Line i would never have an oil related failure. That convinced me, he is an expert, so i followed his advice, i have been using Red Line at 40 : 1 for years with no issues.
