The kleenflo starter fluid should work. If you get 7 oz of fluid from the KF can, you should mix it with 2.5 oz of 30 SAE mineral oil (motor oil). I have recently found a thread that used this with the addition of 1 - 2% AMSOL CETANE IMPROVER ( 2-Ethylhexyl nitrate is the main ingredient, other cetane improvers will also work).
