If you aren't interested in figuring out where 30% is, put it on the front half of the wing tube. That should leave you plenty safe for your maiden. Then put it where it needs to go based on how it flies. You might be fine there, or want to move it back a little depending on how aggressive a flier you are.
China built planes like the Skyline and Goldwing all have really sketch directions. As a rule they're useless, which is fine if you've built a few of them as they all assemble pretty much the same - including CG placement on the wing tube.
I've found they fly great. Bucks spent for bang received they're hard to beat.
