You might want to look at the Mountain Models electrics, Im not sure if they have ARF's avalible, but im sure that it wouldnt be a big deal to build a kit, because they are so small, and nothing to them. I seen a few of these fly a few weeks a go at a friends field, and they are very slow and somewhat aerobatic.

The mountain models kits are incredible. Laser cut and they fall together in a few evenings of building total. This is the best way to have a light and good flying
