I am making a static tank full function RC and I already have the Clark board for an Abrams so that is what I am going to use. There are instructions online to make the board use an elevation servo and to make the recoil unit work with a servo but not sure where to connect the rotation unit . Thanks any help is very much appreciated , Jim.
First, the Tamiya abrams doesn't have any servo for turret rotation but an unit based in a motor and gears. You should connect following the picture below TK20/Tk22, the blue circle shows where you have to connect the two wires of the Tamiya abrams turret rotation unit as is the name of the part. Now if you really have a continuos rotation servo instead a part from the tamiya kit can connect directly to the receiver as was suggested above.
