Many years ago when I worked in a sheet metal shop we had sheet lead in several thicknesses. I don't know if that's still the case but it's worth a try. It could either be melted or cut to the desired shape very easily. There used to be bars of 50/50 solder available at plumbing and auto body shops. I suppose the body shops probably use Bondo orother epoxy now.
